Worker's Compensation
On rare occasions, we will bill out for worker's compensation. You must have a doctor's prescription for massage with a current diagnosis code. You must also have pre-authorization from your worker's compensation provider saying that they will cover massage therapy with a doctor's prescription. Since you will not be paying cash at the time of service, the rates for worker's compensation cases are necessarily higher for the following reasons:
1. We are exposing ourselves to greater liability
2. We must sometimes wait between 3 and 12 weeks to get paid and
3. We must spend time negotiating with insurance companies to receive payment

Insurance
We currently do not bill out to insurance companies. However, we are happy to provide receipts for you to submit for use against your health savings account. Also, be sure to check with your insurance provider since there are a few providers who will cover massage therapy with a doctor's prescription.
